We immediately focused on stabilizing the backend and DevOps environment, translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions while establishing transparent communication around timelines to manage expectations effectively. We engineered a transition toward a modern microservices architecture, utilizing React to build a high-performance, fully responsive web application. We seamlessly integrated Bokadirekt to streamline complex clinic bookings and Stripe to secure financial transactions, ensuring a cohesive and professional user journey across all devices. We architected a long-term technical strategy strictly aligned with Skönhetsgruppen’s business goals. We moved the platform away from its legacy constraints, implementing a scalable web infrastructure that supports rapid iteration.
