Shamsaha is a nonprofit organization based in Bahrain dedicated to supporting and empowering women through crisis advocacy, education, and community engagement. They operate a 24/7 confidential helpline, provide legal and psychological support, and run awareness programs across the Middle East—serving one of the most vulnerable user groups imaginable.
The organization faced a critical challenge: their app development moved at a crawl. Long lead times for fixes meant user feedback went unheard for months.
