We developed an intuitive NextJS frontend designed specifically for scientist workflows. To guarantee a best-in-class user experience, we engineered a seamless interface for their file management, bridging the gap between complex data structures and effortless file retrieval. We implemented advanced multi-parameter search capabilities, allowing researchers to query instantly by cell types, drug treatments, and date ranges, a functionality that was previously impossible. We delivered a modular system designed for longevity and expansion. By taking full ownership of the software lifecycle, we embedded comprehensive audit trails and user activity tracking, ensuring compliance while creating a foundation that can easily adapt to future tissue therapeutics requirements.
